Jourdanfamily: Most photo management tools handle duplicate reduction via filename. Other sources might just mean that they have stored and uploaded multiple copies of their own photos from different devices. You cannot have photos in your account that are taken from other sources. I have found a couple of poorly performing third party add ons for FLICKR that really don't work. I just use a program like Photosweeper to delete all the duplicates.
